Having trained in Hull School of Architecture, I have been working in all aspects of Domestic Architecture for over 30 years. I have worked with other local Architects, Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors on both old and new housing stock for private individuals and Local Authority. I set up my own practice in April 2010

MY WORK ON A TYPICAL PROJECT

Following on from an initial chat about a proposed project, I will carry out any existing building or land survey, prepare the proposed scheme drawings and submit applications to the Local Authority to obtain Planning and Building Regulations permission. If required I can then arrange preparation of a Schedule of Works for pricing, put the job out to tender, prepare contracts for the project and visit site at regular intervals during the works, and prepare Valuation Certificates for payment of completed work.

I can also design interior 'bespoke' items that can make your house unique, fireplaces, panelled walls or rooms, staircases, and doors being typical of some of my previous work
